Due to different video formats (aspect ratio) of DVDs and videos, the monitor may display in screen. I tested the Dell S3423DWC's luminance (brightness per unit area), contrast ratio, and color accuracy using our standard test gear: a Klein Instruments K-10A colorimeter, a Murideo SIX-G signal generator, and Portrait Displays' CalMAN 5 calibration software.

Supports 48 Hz to 100 Hz (HDMI) and 48 Hz to 100 Hz (USB-C Alternate mode with DisplayPort 1.4) in Freesync Mode.Press button 1 on the front-panel. The color of the screen changes to red. Inspect the screen for abnormalities. Change the input color format to PC RGB or YPbPr in the Color Settings On-Screen Display Menu (OSD).

It has 1800R curvature, which means that if you were to arrange enough S3423DWC monitors side by side to form a circle, its radius would be 1,800mm (1.8 meters). That's a significant curve, though modest compared to the likes of the Samsung Odyssey G9 Gaming Monitor's ultra-tight 1000R curvature. Note: The Dell S3423DWC monitor is very heavy; handle with extreme care. It is recommended to have two people to lift or move this monitor.
