It's marked in units of ten but is divided in units of 9. So 10 on the timer is actually 9 minutes. 20 is 18 minutes and so on. Also if the tray is taken out the timer carries on so if you use the timer to cook things everything will be under cooked. As an Air Fryer, it works. I can't see it lasting much more than a year as it's not the most sturdily built of things.
